Can you tell where I can find a link to the minor authorisation form please?

Welcome aboard, Sanjay! You or your child must have a magical Disney Cruise Line vacation coming up! Sometimes guests will bring one of their children's friends or cousins along on their cruise with Captain Mickey, in which case, since the child is traveling without their parents or legal guardians, they must have a Minor Authorization Form.

You can find the form during online check in, but also by clicking here on the Minor Authorization Form link. Up to five children from one family can be listed on the form, but if the children traveling with you are from different families, they'll each need their own.

I hope that helps as you finish up all of the details before setting sail on the high seas with Disney Cruise Line, Sanjay! Have an amazing cruise!
