Hiya Denise!
Thanks so much for stopping by planDisney with your frightfully fun face painting question! My little ghouls—I mean girls—are obsessed with getting their faces painted at Walt Disney World. On our last visit to EPCOT, one transformed into an Island princess, and the other had the most spellbinding masquerade mask painted on. One thing I always make sure to share—hold onto that receipt! If any paint starts to vanish like a ghost in the night (like when my daughter dove into a Dole Whip right after her makeover), you can go back for touch-ups throughout the day. Total lifesaver!
Now let’s fly right into your question like we’re on a broomstick. I spoke with a friendly Cast Member who informed me that during
Mickey’s Not-So-Scary Halloween Party, the face painting stations are typically closed once the party officially begins. But here’s the trick and treat—you can enter Magic Kingdom with your party ticket as early as
4:00 PM, and the face painting station in Tomorrowland (just to the right of Space Mountain near the restrooms) is usually open during regular park hours. So, if you arrive early, there’s a good chance you can get your face painted before the party magic begins at 7:00 PM.
Oh—and don’t forget to keep an eye on the
Disney Parks Blog! That’s where the cauldron of Halloween party updates is always bubbling with the latest treats, eats, and boo-tiful merchandise.
Wishing you and your crew a spooktacular time at the party! If you have any more questions, don’t hesitate to fly back and visit us again.
See ya real soon,
Christina
