    Hi, Could you tell me if the Express Transportation service allows scooters and or wheelchairs? Two people in my party need to use scooters. Thank You...... :)

    Hi Cynthia!

    I am very excited about the new Express Transportation option at Walt Disney World. This is a service that allows guests who hold Park Hopper tickets to go between parks in the same day without having to stand in the entrance lines for security and admission. At first I thought it was silly to pay for something like this so I tried it myself and now I am hooked! It was easy and seamless and offered us a quick way to get to another park to enjoy a parade or fireworks or more attractions.

    The cost is $19 for one day or $29 for a multi day ticket up to seven days. You can purchase at the parks at the Express locations or at Disney Springs and other Guest Relations windows. I actually added this to my profile at my resort before embarking on my park hopping adventure. That was the easiest and I just had the resort concierge take care of it for me.

    Scooters and wheelchairs will be accepted as on any Disney bus. Cast members will be at each location to assist and guide you to the bus location when its time. Please no photos while in the backstage areas. Most of the time the buses will leave about every 30 minutes to the different parks but you can always stop at the Express podium and see what the schedule is for the park you wish to hop to. That way you can time your day to not have to wait too long in the Express queue with the scooters and chairs.

    I am sure everyone in your party will really enjoy the ease of using this service and will be hooked for future Disney trips.
