How can I tell the expiration date of my e ticket? I’ve printed the ticket and there’s no expiration date printed on it.

    Hi Cindy!

Welcome to planDisney! Thank you so much for stopping by with your Disneyland Resort vacation planning question!

Hmmm, this is a stumper. I'm so sorry, I don't have the proper magic mirror to see inside your My Disneyland Account to see which type of Theme Park Admission Tickets you purchased, were gifted, or are trying to inquire about. Generally, each pass is valid for a full yEAR, however, there are all kinds of special ticket offers floating around out there that expire sooner than that general timeline.

If you are the purchaser and you bought your tickets recently, you could always check the fine print in your confirmation email to see if the expiration dates are listed there. Another location to check would be to pull up your passes in your Disneyland Mobile App; when you open the app, click the gray icon in the bottom right corner that looks like three stacked lines. From here, you'll click on the box that says 'Tickets and Passes'. From this screen, you should see each ticket as well as an expiration date listed on it.

If your tickets are unable to be loaded or located in either your Disneyland Mobile App or My Disneyland Account, then this might mean that they are already expired. But! That is no cause for concern as the value of what you paid for your tickets is safe, it's just that they might need to be reissued or upgraded to today's ticket offerings. To do this you'll call the friendly Ticketing Helpline Cast Members at (714) 781-4636.

I'm so sorry that I didn't have a better, more definitive answer for you today, Cindy, but I hope that this helped send you in the right direction.
