Can you tell me exactly the kind of mattress and pillows that are used at Disney’s Port Orleans - French Quarter resort? Thank you!

Welcome to planDisney, Kristina! I'm so glad to be able to answer your question today. Just like there's no tired quite like Disney tired, there's no sleep quite like Disney sleep, am I right? I always get the best rest when I'm at a Disney Resort Hotel so I'm happy to let you know what kind of mattress and pillows you enjoyed on your most recent trip.

Disney actually has a special kind of mattress made by Beautyrest, and they're so popular that the company has made them available to the public. If you search "Beautyrest Guest Purchase" and then look for the Bringing the Magic Home: Beautyrest Plush Top for Moderate Resorts mattress, that will be the one you enjoyed at Port Orleans French Quarter. There are two types of pillows in the room as well, and they're both from Sobel Westex. The softer pillows are the Sobella Soft pillow and the firm ones are the Sahara Nights pillow in the firm variety. There are two of each on every queen bed, so pick your favorite combination and get ready for some magical dreams!

    See ya real soon!
