Hello, Shelly! Welcome to planDisney. Thanks for sailing to us with your question.
It won't be long till you'll be sailing aboard Disney Cruise Line, and I'd love to help you make your group dinner plans. To signal to Disney that you'll be sailing as a group and requesting to dine together, you'll need to add each other's reservations to your Disney Cruise Line accounts to effectively link reservations.
To link reservations on the Disney Cruise Line website, select "
My Reservations" from the "Already Booked" menu. You'll be prompted to log into your account. You'll see your reservation information and a down arrow to click on the right-hand side. The final option in the box that populates is "+ Add and Link Reservations." Click the button to add and link your reservations for those family members you'd like to dine with. You will be required to add the confirmation number, birthdate, and last name for a guest in the stateroom with which you are linking. You can link up to four staterooms in this manner. If your party is larger than that, please call Disney Cruise Line for assistance.
Depending on your party size, you'll either be dining at the same table or at tables near one another. Disney Cruise Line will do their best to accommodate you and your travel crew.
If you haven't already done so, be sure to download the
Disney Cruise Line Navigator app. From home, you can count down to the big day within the app in a fun, character-filled way. You can also book cruise activities and check in for your sailing, too. Once onboard, the Navigator app will point your compass to everything that is happening on the ship. The Daily Activity Schedule will outline where and when you can catch a movie, join a trivia game, greet your favorite Disney Characters, and more. Get ready for lots of fun with your family!
Bon Voyage,
Adrianna
