Greetings, Julio. Thanks for visiting planDisney!
There are a couple of ways to find out the expiration date for the tickets you purchased. If you
purchased tickets through the Disneyland Resort website, you should locate the confirmation email, which should have the expiration date in the fine print towards the bottom of the email. You can also access the e-ticket link from the email and print your ticket. The expiration date should be printed on the tickets.
Another way to find the expiration date is to reach out to
Disneyland Ticket Services or the chat function on the
Disneyland Resort website or in the
Disneyland Mobile app. A Cast Member should be able to help you locate your tickets and tell you the expiration date.
While Disneyland Resort theme park tickets do have an expiration, per the terms and conditions: "the amount paid for any wholly unused, expired Disneyland Resort theme park ticket, except for special event tickets, may be applied towards the purchase of a new theme park ticket at the current price so long as the new ticket purchase price is equal to or greater than the amount paid for the original ticket." So, Julio, no worries if you can't get to the park before your current ticket expires! Note that policies do change so you'll want to check back again before your next visit.
Thanks again for visiting, Julio. Please come back anytime!
Cheers,
Melissa
