Can you tell me if Disney Enchantment Fireworks are shown before 7pm on nights of MVMCP ?

Hey Howdy Hey Karen and welcome to planDisney!

Early December is such a great time to visit Walt Disney World Resort. Having the resort a whole decorated for the holiday season, having so many unique seasonal offerings all while the parks may not be quite as busy as the end of the month makes for a Magical trip! Of course, navigating the parks during these special times when you have things such as Mickey's Very Merry Christmas Party happening can change some plans to a degree. Thank you for your question about the Disney Enchantment fireworks show as the Christmas party will have an impact on the showings.

As you have noted, the Christmas party does start at 7:00 p.m. EST on its scheduled nights which may result in it being too bright outside for you to experience Enchantment. If we can take what we can from this fall with Mickey's Not-So-Scarry Halloween Party schedule, Disney Enchantment is not shown on the nights of the Halloween Party. Now, specifics of the park hours and schedule still have not been released yet for December, but as of speculation, I would not count on having the ability to see the show in the park on the night of the Christmas party.

If you do want to see the Disney Enchantment nighttime show, which I do highly encourage, you still have some options. If you did already book your Theme Park Reservations and tickets, you can look to change the dates of attendance in Magic Kingdom to a day that does not have the Christmas part so you will be able to experience the show. You can also plan on viewing them another day from a different location. If I am not in the parks, the next best place to view Disney Enchantment is from the beaches at Disney's Polynesian Village Resort. Make sure to get there early, grab a spot at the beach as well as a Dole Whip from Pineapple Lanai and enjoy the show! The music is piped in for a truly immersive experience which is so good! You might not be close enough to see all of the details on Cinderella Castle but is a great alternative to viewing the fireworks if you are not in the park.

I hope one of these options will work out for you so you have the opportunity to view Disney Enchantment nighttime show as this is a really spectacular show. If you have any further questions please feel free to reach out and let us know, we would be happy to help!

    Have a Magical Day,
