Hi, Can you tell me the difference between checking in online or checking in face to face when we arrive? Thanks.

    Hi there, Jennifer!

Online check-in is a way for Walt Disney World Resorts to expedite some of the check-in process; mostly, this involves providing a credit card number to keep on file for incidentals. There are separate lines for those who use the service and those who do not.

If you have special requests or requirements, you might want to opt for face-to-face check-in. This will allow you to communicate your needs directly to a Cast Member and offer explanations as needed.

Please note that whether or not you check in online, you will still need to visit the desk in the lobby to get your Keys to the World, your welcome packet, and so on.

    Have a wonderful trip!

    See you later, celebrator,
    -Deborah B.
