Ahoy Shannon!
We are kindred spirits because planning ahead on all the food on a Disney cruise is my JAM! Your WONDERful sailing is sure to wow all your senses, including your tastebuds!
I can SEA why you would be dreaming of that epic chocolate soufflé from
Palo. It's truly divine and decadent! The only surefire way to have the Palo chocolate soufflé is to either 1) stay at Concierge level in a Royal Concierge Suite and have it delivered for In-Room Dining OR 2) make a Palo reservation during your sailing. While I would love Door # 1, I think for most people, they will choose Door # 2!
Reservations can be made when your final payment has been made and your advance booking window opens. That is 120 days for Platinum
Castaway Club or Concierge, 105 days for Gold Castaway Club, 90 days for Silver Castaway Club, 75 days prior to your sail date for first-time Disney cruisers. Reservations might also be secured on the first day you set sail, depending on availability.
Consolation prize if you don't make it to Palo: there's a mighty tasty Grand Marnier soufflé served in
Triton's on the Disney Wonder that is pretty special, too. What can I say? I'm all about the desserts!
"Be our guest" and come back to the Disney Parks Moms Panel anytime if you have additional questions. Bon Appétit and Happy Sailing!
