Can you tell me about character dining at the Swan and Dolphin? We are looking to dine with Chip and Dale, but will not be going to Epcot. Is it true we can find them at these resorts? If so, are they there on certain days specifically? Thank you!

Greetings, and a warm welcome back to the Disney Parks Moms Panel, Julie!

Dining at the Garden Grove has always been a unique experience for my family. The ambiance evokes the feeling of being in New York City Central Park as you enjoy daily buffet and a la carte items. Disney Characters join in for special meet and greets each night at dinner and during the Good Morning Character Breakfasts on Saturdays and Sundays.

Meeting Chip 'n' Dale, for us, took place during the Good Morning Breakfast on a Sunday. They were accompanied by Pluto and Goofy, which made for an extra fun meet and greet. Don't forget to bring your Disney Character Autograph book and camera and keep in mind that Disney Characters at dining venues are subject to change, so it's best to call Disney Dining Reservations (407) 939-1947 close to your scheduled visit just to make sure, Julie.

You can also meet Chip 'n' Dale at Rafiki's Planet Watch at Disney's Animal Kingdom Theme Park and at Chip 'N Dale's Campfire Sing-A-Long at the Campsites at Disney's Fort Wilderness Resort.

After your meal at Garden Grove you may wish to visit Disney's BoardWalk, nearby, an Atlantic City and Coney Island-style themed area offering a shoreside promenade filled with entertainment, dining and shopping experiences and a lovely view of IllumiNations: Reflections of Earth fireworks show from Epcot.

    Best Disney Dishes!
