    Hello, could you tell me if the boat from the POFQ to Disney Springs allows scooters?

    Hi Cynthia ~

    I love the theming at Disney's Port Orleans Resort - French Quarter! It is so fun and festive!

    One of the things I really like about this resort is being able to access Disney Springs by Disney Water Transportation. It is great to relax and enjoy the scenery while cruising to one of my favorite destinations at the Walt Disney World Resort.

    The water taxis at Disney's Port Orleans Resorts are pontoon type boats. Depending on the water level, they can usually accommodate up to two wheelchairs and ECVs. They have portable ramps available to assist Guests in wheelchairs and ECVs. Just let the captain know that you will need assistance boarding.

    Please keep in mind that the water taxis operate subject to weather conditions. If they suspend water taxi service or the water level will not allow them to accommodate ECVs, you can use the bus to get to and from Disney Springs.
