    Hi, Can u tell me the best way to use disney $ (meal plan, resort, plane etc)? We plan to stay 4-5 days. What should our itinerary look like with 3 kids 8,8,9 seeing 4 pks--is this possible with shows and meal greets? What are the must sees and do's?

    Hi Melissa! I will answer as many of your questions as space allows...then please ask again so we can help you with your trip.

    Five days would be best as it allows you to spend one full day at each park. You can either get park hopper options with your tickets or just one park each day tickets. Depends on your budget for this decision. If it is one park each day then use your Animal Kingdom park day to also go and explore Downtown Disney in the evening since that park will always close the earliest.

    If you choose a meal plan I suggest the basic with one table service, 1 quick service and 1 snack each day per person. Don't feel like you have to hit every character meal offered. Choose one that you think your kids would enjoy and just book one. I love Chef Mickey at the Contemporary resort as it stars the fabulous five Disney characters. You can start your day with breakfast there and then walk over to the Magic Kingdom for the rest of the day. Tusker House in the Animal Kingdom is also a good choice as it places you in a park.

    If you are a resort guest you can enjoy the Extra Magic Hours in parks both before opening and after closing. Check the current calendars to see what parks have these extra hours and plan your days where you can have the most time in a park. Then find a restaurant that appeals to your tastes and book a reservation. This can be done 180 out from your arrival.

    I am not sure if you meant Disney Dollars or just what you will spend at Disney. Disney dollars can be used for everything and everywhere as long as it is on Disney property. That means, lodging, meals, and souvenirs will take them. Ask again about must sees and do's!
