Can you tell me the avg cost for Belle costumes (sz3-4), shoes, and tiaras at WDW? I'm debating on purchasing before we come, but I'm finding that the quality costumes go for $50-75. If WDW is the same, I want her to have the experience choosing there.

    Hi Tabitha,

I just returned from a trip to Disney with some of my Disney Mom Panel pals, and just before heading out, I purchased a princess costume at Downtown Disney for my three-year-old niece.  I have two little boys, so I had a wonderful time browsing the princess gear at World of Disney for over an hour!  The costume I purchased, including shoes was toward the high end of the price range you mentioned above.  I will say that the quality of the costume was excellent, with great attention to detail.   I have seen similarly priced costumes at shops at home for this caliber of costume, but I also have friends who have gotten great deals on ebay and off-season at Halloween shops.    If you do decide to bring along your own costume, I'm guessing your little princess will be just as excited if you allow her to pick out a special accessory (shoes, tiara, etc.)

    Have a wonderful trip!
