Hi! Can you tell me which attractions are currently using virtual queues at Disney World? I know that the Rise of Resistance does, but I heard rumors that other rides might be as well. Thank you!

Bright Suns Carolyn, and welcome back to planDisney! It's great to see you hEAR again. Thanks for stopping by en route to a galaxy far, far away.

Currently, the only attraction in Walt Disney World using a virtual queue system is Star Wars: Rise of the Resistance in Disney's Hollywood Studios. For the best chance at landing a place in line, you'll need to open the My Disney Experience Mobile App in time for the 7 AM or 1:00 PM boarding group distribution. Because the experience is so popular, spots in the virtual queue disappear faster than you can say R2D2, so be sure to review the process before embarking on your mission.

You might have heard about virtual queuing for the attractions in the new Avengers Campus in Disney California Adventure Park (out west in Disneyland Resort) or putting your name and phone number on a virtual waitlist at Gideon's Bakehouse in Disney Springs. At this time, no other theme park attractions in Walt Disney World offer a virtual queue, but stay tuned to the Disney Parks Blog, as it's the best source of official news and operational updates.

I hope this is helpful as you make plans to visit the Most Magical Place on Earth. If there's anything else we can do before you make the jump to light speed, come see us anytime. Thanks again for sending your question our way, and may the Force be with you.

    Til the spire!
