    Hello Moms! Can you tell me what is the approximate amount of time it takes to get from the Little Mermaid rooms at AoA to the main building/bus stops? I wouldn't mind the walk, would like to know how soon to start out! Thanks!

    Hi there, Jenn!  Thanks for stopping by the Disney Parks Moms Panel with your question. 

    I love the Little Mermaid Rooms at Disney's Art of Animation Resort.  My family and I stayed in those rooms during our December trip and had a wonderful time.  The rooms are, indeed, the furthest from the main building but we didn't mind - there is so much to look at on the walk.  Depending on what building you would be staying in, it is a ten minute walk or less.  It took my family roughly around 5-8 depending on how fast we were moving and how many pictures my daughter wanted me to take of her.  It's easy to get to the Little Mermaid Rooms from the main building, you'll simply exit toward the main pool and turn left.  You'll then follow the path until you run right into them.
