Can you tell me if you are still able to drop off items at customer service desk on the Disney Dream for character signatures on them like a pillow case. Once they were signed they delivered them to your cabin at the end of the cruise. Thanks

    Ahoy, Michelle!

Thanks for cruising by with your question!

Unfortunately, Disney Cruise Line has discontinued the practice of guests being able to drop off items at the Guest Services Desk to be signed by Disney Characters. Guests are now asked to bring their items with them to Character Meet and Greets for autographs.

With the decision to discontinue this service, Disney Cruise Line has also added many additional Meet and Greet opportunities so Guests can meet their favorite Disney friends! Some of the most popular Character Greetings (Princess Gathering, Princess Anna and Queen Elsa) have limited space, and you'll need a (free) ticket to reserve a place in line. Simply stop by the Guest Services Desk when you first board the ship for Meet and Greet ticket distribution.
