Hi, can the teens use their own meals on the dinning plan or the parents need to be with them? Going with 2 teens and we will probably split up in the parks sometimes so...

    Hi Evelyne,

Yes, everyone will receive their own Key to the World card. The Dining Plan credits for the whole room are loaded onto each card (in a lump sum so to speak). The means that any of the cards can be used to access the credits at any point. You can give your teens their own cards to get food if you'd like. I did this when my oldest daughter brought her best friend with her. However, I had arranged all of our Table Service meals together (so we could touch base and connect during the evenings). I gave them suggestions for Quick Service restaurants for their meals and told them to hold onto the receipt so I could keep track of credits. The system does it for you, I just like to have it on paper for myself too. Be sure to tell them to ask the Cast Member at each location what they are eligible for with their card. Many Quick Service meals include a drink and dessert (cookie, ice-cream bar, etc) so you don't want them to miss out.

Hope this helps and have a wonderful vacation,
