We will have 4 teenagers, plus our 12 and 8 year olds with us. Although the teenagers will be venturing out on their own, we'd like to re-group for dinner each night. Any recommendations on a variety of unique locations that they'd enjoy?

Hi, Kim!   There are some unique and fun dining locations around WDW that you might enjoy!

-Hollywood Studios:  Try Sci-Fi Dine-In Theatre.   You and your party will sit in a "convertible" while watching clips at this Dine-in theatre!   Great for lunch or dinner.  If you can't get a reservation, try 50's Prime Time Cafe.

-Contemporary:  Even though you will have some older kids, you can't go wrong with a visit to Chef Mickey's.   Good selection on the buffet, great desserts, and a chance to be up close and personal with Mickey, Minnie, and their pals.  Just a short walk or monorail ride from the Magic Kingdom.

-Epcot:  Teppan Edo in Japan.   Your Teppan chef will prepare your feast before your eyes!   Entertaining and delicious!  Fun for all ages.

-Wilderness Lodge:  Whispering Canyon Cafe.  Have some fun with your server while enjoying great foods, including steaks and BBQ.    Make sure to have your kids ask for some ketchup!  Take the boat from the Magic Kingdom to reach Wilderness Lodge.

-Magic Kingdom:  Tony's Town Square Restaurant.   Just inside the gates of the Magic Kingdom, Tony's serves up a nice selection of Italian dishes.   Great location.   Try to get a table on the porch if available.

Make sure to make your Advance Dining Reservations by calling (407)WDW-DINE.   Wishing your family a magical vacation!   Have fun!

Meet the Panelist: Cathy, Ohio

Hi, I'm Cathy from Cleveland. I love to travel, especially in the winter to escape the snow and cold of Ohio! My husband and 2 kids share my enthusiasm for travel, so we enjoy our adventures together whether it is hiking at a National Park, sailing on a Disney Cruise Ship, or going to Walt Disney World which is our home away from home. My husband proposed to me in front of Cinderella Castle and we have not stopped visiting ever since! It's a blast helping guests here at planDisney!
