    I have 2 teenagers, ages 14 & 16. They would like to go the the Sci-Fi dining restaurant & also the 50's diner. Can I just make reservations for them or does a parent have to go with them?

    Hi Dorothy!

          Both of those restaurants are PERFECT for teenagers!  There is not an official age for children to dine alone without supervision at Walt Disney World.  Rather, it is up to the discretion of the parents.  You know your children best and if you feel that they will be OK on their own, then go for it! 

          I would make sure that they have a cell phone or another means of communication, just in case they need to get in touch with you.  Also, if they are on the dining plan, make sure that they have their Key to the World cards with them.  I think this sounds like a fantastic plan and they will have a BLAST!
