planDisney! Thanks so much for bringing this question to us. They grow up so fast. Taking your kids to the
Disneyland Resort is such a special experience. Our family still spends time together at the parks regularly. I rarely go without them, but I definitely can’t imagine them going without me!
Believe it or not, guests aged 14 and above can enter the park without an adult. That means that your seventeen-year-old can enter on their own. Guests under 14 must be accompanied by a guest 14 or older. Guests under 7 must be accompanied by a guest 14 or older to board attractions. Check out all the details in the

I see that your visit is scheduled for early October. That's the spookiest time of year -
Halloween Time at the Disneyland Resort. All your favorite characters will be dressed up in their Halloween costumes, the parks will be decked out in ghostly decor, and the treats will be delicious and plentiful. No tricks. Be sure to check out some of the howling overlays, like
Haunted Mansion Holiday,
Mater's Junkyard JamBOOree, and
Luigi's Honkin' Haul-O-Ween. Halloween Time at the Disneyland Resort is a great time to come out to socialize!
