Can a teenager 'adult' on the dining plan choose meals from the kid's menu? I'm wondering if there is a set policy or do the restaurants decide on a case by case basis?

    Hi there Diane,

It's really up to the discretion of the restaurant, but in most cases they are willing to work something out!  I have seen many instances where the server will actually work with the guest to offer suggestions on how to modify ingredients on the adult menu to create a suitable and enjoyable meal for that individual!  This is a common occurrence in most table service locations because Disney prides itself on handling food allergies with great care.  This way, your teenager can receive a meal that is sized for a teenager rather than a child's sized meal which may not be as filling!

That said, if there is an option on the child's menu that looks the most appetizing to your teen, by all means, let your server know!  I can guarantee that he/she will do everything in their power to accommodate you!

    Best Wishes,
