My teenage son is autistic, wears incontinence pants at night and often wets the bed sheets. Will Art of Animation resort Nemo Suites provide waterproof matteress protectors (or do I have to bring my own) and are they happy to change wet bed sheets daily?

Hi Andrea Marie and welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel.

In order to try to obtain an answer to your question, I sent an email to Disability.Services@DisneyParks.com and received the following response:-

"I recommend bringing your own waterproof protectors as the linens at the resorts are the traditional type. I recommend checking with the Front desk upon arrival for better communication for any special requests regarding the linens in the rooms."

Should you wish to contact Disney's Art of Animation Resort direct to discuss your concerns further, you can do so by calling 001 (407) 938-7000 from here in the UK. (In order to keep the cost of your call to an absolute minimum, I would recommend calling via Skype.)

I would also definitely suggest that you check out the Services for Guests with Cognitive Disabilities section of the Walt Disney World website prior to your arrival at the Walt Disney World Resort and please feel free to send an email directly to Disability.Services@DisneyParks.com should you have any other specific questions or queries about your stay.

Wishing you a magical holiday filled with memories which will last a lifetime!
