Hi there, Samantha, and welcome to
planDisney!
We're so glad that you stopped by with your question for our team of panelists. We love to help Guests just like you plan magical
Walt Disney World Resort vacations where you create memories for a lifetime!
Walt Disney World Resort focuses on being a place where
all Guests are able to have magical experiences. There are many services, including
Disability Access Service (DAS), available to Guests who may have difficulty utilizing the standard queues.
Online pre-registration for DAS is currently only available for Guests to complete when they are located in the United States. So, if you arrive in the U.S. in advance of your Walt Disney World visit, you may be able to pre-register online at that time. Instead, you are able to register on-site at a Walt Disney World Resort
Guest Relations location once you arrive. While I believe your daughter would likely be eligible, the DAS Cast Member will need to make that determination as part of the registration.
If your DAS registration is complete at least two days before you visit a park, you can make up to two DAS Advance experience or attraction reservations for each day. Once you visit a Theme Park, you can make and hold one additional DAS selection at a time. As an example, if you are visiting the Theme Parks for six days, and your DAS registration is completed on day one, you would still be eligible to book DAS Advance reservations for a few of the later days in your trip!
Please keep in mind that this system is relatively new and things do change from time to time. If I were you, I would also speak to a Cast Member upon arrival to learn about any updates, and if you are registered for DAS, they can help you navigate making your selections if you have any trouble.
I hope this information is helpful -
please let me know if we can answer any other questions as you continue planning!
