Hi team, My family and I are travelling on the Disney Wonder out of Austrlalia, towards the end of 2024. For travel adapters, do we need the three-pin US type-b or two-pin US type-a adapters, so we can plug into the power sockets? Thanks! Matt

    Hiya Matt!

Welcome aboard! You are planning to sail on what might be my very favorite cruise ship...the Disney Wonder! Shhh, don't tell the other ships, ok?

Staterooms on the Disney Wonder are equipped with 110 Volt outlets standard in the USA and Canada. One of the best travel gadgets I ever purchased is a "universal travel adapter" that easily converts between lots of countries. That's what I would recommend you purchase, they are so handy and should work just fine on the ship. There are also several USB outlets in the staterooms to help you keep devices charged.

There are some appliances and devices that can't be brought on your cruise, so it's a good idea to check the prohibited and limited items list before you start packing. Staterooms are equipped with hair dryers, so you don't need to worry about bringing one of those! More luggage space for souvenirs, right?

The reason I love the Disney Wonder so much is that it has a Rapunzel-themed restaurant AND stage show! Rapunzel's Royal Table is gorgeous, it's the perfect place to celebrate my favorite princess. And then you have Tangled: The Musical which is a fabulous retelling of Rapunzel's story, complete with floating lights and lots of adventure. Think of your favorite dream and enjoy!

Have the most wonderful cruise, Matthew! Please let us know if you have other questions about your voyage, we're happy to help.

    Keep moving forward!
