Hi Team, I’d like to book a Capture the Moment session in Nov/Dec however I noticed that the max # of people is 8. We have 9 in our party, however 1 of them will be my 2 year old son. Will he count? If so, how do we do a booking with 9 people?

    Hi Shona,

Thanks for visiting planDisney with your question! I love getting Disney PhotoPass photos of my family during each visit, and we’ve booked a few Capture Your Moment Sessions for celebrations in the past.

The maximum number of Guests for each session is 8, including Guests under the age of 3 years old. I spoke with a Cast Member who suggested you could book back-to-back Capture Your Moment Sessions to accommodate your larger party.

Have you decided which theme park session you will book? Magic Kingdom is one of our favorite locations, but I would love to hold a Star Wars-themed session in Batuu at Hollywood Studios. I appreciate that the sessions are only 20 minutes long. In my experience, that has given us plenty of time to get the photos we want, and then we could get back to attractions and shows for the rest of the day! Don’t worry if you don’t have specific photos in mind, the PhotoPass photographers were great at giving suggestions and doing their best to make it look like we were the only ones in the park.

Capture Your Moment Sessions can be booked up to 60 days in advance, so according to your travel dates, you have time to consider your options! If you have any more questions, please send them our way at planDisney!
