Hi Team I am planning to celebrate by cute little daughters birthday in Magic Kingdom on 22nd January 2020. She will be turning 2 and is a huge FROZEN and Mickey characters fan. Please let me know how i can celebrate and make that day memorable. Thanks

Hi Monika! I am so excited for your daughter's upcoming birthday celebration in Walt Disney World! I have a daughter just her age who also adores Frozen and Mickey Mouse and friends. Just being in the Magic Kingdom on her birthday will be wonderful, but I will give you some ideas on how to make it even more special.

Why not start her big day with a meal featuring her favorite Disney characters? My family loves starting our Magic Kingdom day with breakfast at Chef Mickey's, located just a quick walk or monorail ride from the Magic Kingdom at Disney's Contemporary Resort. Here you'll find a buffet full of delicious kid-friendly food, and your daughter will be able to celebrate with Mickey Mouse, Minnie Mouse, Donald Duck, Pluto, and Goofy. It's a very popular spot, so you'll want to make Advanced Dining Reservations. Another good option in close proximity to the Magic Kingdom is the Best Friends Breakfast Featuring Lilo and Stitch at Disney's Polynesian Village Resort. This meal is served family style, so you don't have to worry about missing a photo opportunity with a character while you're visiting a buffet. Mickey Mouse and Pluto are regular guests at this meal along with Lilo and Stitch. My kids are big fans of both restaurants, and I don't think you can go wrong with either meal. Be sure to tell your server you are celebrating a special occasion - you never know what kind of pixie dust your daughter may receive.

Once you arrive at the Magic Kingdom, your first stop should be Guest Relations to pick up a birthday button for your daughter. She'll love hearing birthday wishes from Cast Members all day long! Although her favorite Frozen princesses do not meet in the Magic Kingdom, you will be able to catch a glimpse of them in the Disney Festival of Fantasy Parade. I also recommend visiting Princess Fairytale Hall in Fantasyland where your daughter can meet Rapunzel and Tiana or Cinderella and Elena in a royal setting.

Finally, if you are staying onsite at a Walt Disney World Resort, consider checking out Disney Floral and Gifts. They can create an extra special in-room celebration for your princess. I have also had wonderful experiences having birthday cakes delivered to my resort room. What a wonderful surprise either of those would be for your sweet little girl!

Monika, I am so excited for your daughter's birthday celebration. I know whatever you do it will be a truly magical day.

    See ya real soon!
