Hello, Bharadwaj,
My family had to cancel a Disney Parks vacation recently due to issues beyond our control. I’m sorry you are having to deal with similar concerns. I hope you get a chance to return to The Happiest Place on Earth as soon as possible.
Generally, Disneyland Resort theme park
tickets are non-refundable. However, wholly unused
theme park tickets may be used up through their indicated expiration date. Simply make a new
theme park reservation using the existing tickets. Guests with expired theme park tickets may usually apply the original price paid for the tickets toward the price of current theme park tickets of equal or greater value by visiting a Main Entrance Ticket Booth.
If you purchased a Disneyland Resort
Vacation Package, the refund policy is indicated in the terms and conditions included with the vacation package. Usually, those terms and conditions allow for a full refund or near-full refund if canceled greater than 30 days before the start of the visit. For cancellations between five and 29 days before the arrival date, an additional cancellation fee may be assessed. Cancellations after five days before arrival are non-refundable.
There are a lot of exciting things
returning to the Disneyland Resort this year. I hope you will be able to experience some of them soon. Thanks for your question to planDisney, Bharadwaj. Please stop by again with any more questions you may have.
