Hi team, I have an upcoming adventure cruise booked for a 6 people conceiage stateroom. As I have two groups in one stateroom is it possible to check-in seperately and assigned certain people to be charged on certain credit card within one stateroom?

Ahoy there, ManYin! Welcome back to planDisney!

How exciting that you’re going to be sailing aboard the Disney Adventure soon! There are so many cool things to see and love about the new Disney Adventure, one of them being the Concierge Lounge! I was super impressed with all the amenities and Agrabah-inspired decor when reading about it on the Disney Cruise Line website, especially the Concierge Sundeck. I’m sure you’re looking forward to all of the relaxing in Disney style you’re going to do there!

I would be happy to give you tips on completing your Online Check-In. Yes, you and each member of your party can complete an Online Check-In separately. You will also be happy to know that, during the Online Check-In, each guest in your stateroom can assign a different credit card to use on board.

However, I reached out to Disney Cruise Line, and they confirmed that when completing separate Online Check-Ins, the pages will not move forward until each of you in the stateroom has provided the necessary information for the page you’re on. Let me explain:

When completing your Online Check-In, there are multiple pages that appear in order, and advance when the current page is complete. They start with identification and travel documentation, travel plans, onboard payment accounts, youth club check-in, and end with Port Arrival time choices. Each of these pages requires its own documents and information, and until they are provided for each guest in the stateroom, each of you won’t be able to move on to the next one.

But, not to worry, as I have some tips to make it a smooth and easy process for your group!

First, I suggest having all the items you’ll need for your Online Check-In ready to go ahead of starting it. This way, you’re not scrambling around looking for them.

Some things you will need to complete your Online Check-In are:

    • Valid travel documentation
    • Headshot photo of each guest in your stateroom
    • Travel information, such as inbound and/or outbound flight information
    • Disembarkation details such as post-cruise rental car, etc.
    • Payment information to be used to purchase anything on board, such as a credit card. This is where you can enter the credit card information for each separate guest.

As a second suggestion, one of you can gather all the documents and items for each person, such as travel documents and credit card information, and then complete the Online Check-In for everyone at one time.

Since you're sailing as a Concierge Guest, I also want to remind you to let the kind and dedicated Shoreside Concierge Services team know of any activities you and your group would like to book ahead of time. When I sailed as a Concierge Guest with a group, one of the things I loved about it was the ease of scheduling those beloved onboard activities for our entire group. It was the perfect way to start our vacation in ease!

ManYin, I hope this helped offer clarification. I wish you the most ADVENTUREous memories ahead! Please sail back to planDisney if you have any more questions.

    Bon Voyage,
