    Can I get a taxi from the WL to Magic Kingdom? How much would it be? Have early reservation to BBB in mid Oct 2013 and would like to know if this would be the quickest option?

    Hi Amy,

    This is a great question! Transportation around Walt Disney World can be quite complex and confusing at times. You can absolutely get a cab from Wilderness Lodge to Magic Kingdom. However, the taxi cannot deliver you to the front entrance of Magic Kingdom, rather they would be dropping you off at the Transportation and Ticket Center and from there you would need to take a monorail or ferry. So, in this case, it would be just as fast to take the boat from Wilderness Lodge to Magic Kingdom. Depending on the time of your early morning reservation, there may be another option. You could take a cab from Wilderness Lodge to the Contemporary and then walk a short distance to the front entrance of Magic Kingdom. This walk takes about 10 minutes (maybe faster depending on your pace). The cab ride would take about 5-10 minutes. Be sure to ask the bell stand to get the cab for you and they could probably let you know what the cab fare will run.
