Tanya, Thanks for your previous answers. I should have described that room at Akershus as being a turret. The chef made sure we were able to sit there because other areas were too overwhelming for my DD's autism. Is there a way of requesting it in advance?

    Hi there Rochelle,

Thanks for writing back.  I would make your reservations via the Disney Dining Line (407-WDW-DINE) and note your request and the reasons behind it when you speak to the cast member who assists you, rather than booking online.  Then, when you check in a the podium, I would explain your situation, and your daughter's special needs, and my guess is, the cast members will do their absolute best to accommodate you.  You may need to wait a bit, however, in my experience, my similar requests have been accommodated.

I truly hope you have an incredible vacation!
