Hello Shannon!
As you already know, having 5 children is pretty awesome. Sleeping in the same room with 5 children is not as magical. Luckily the Walt Disney World Resort has plenty of options to fit any budget. You can start by visiting
Rooms for 5 Guests or More on Walt Disney World's website.
With your youngest child being under 3, I recommend the family suites at Disney's Art of Animation Resort. The suites are themed after classic Walt Disney and Disney Pixar movies such as
Finding Nemo,
The Lion King, and
Cars. And 2 bathrooms! It has the largest resort pool and a zero-entry point which is essential for my small children who don't have lucky fins and are not strong swimmers yet. The food court, Landscape of Flavors, is my favorite with healthy choices such as a salad station and made-to-order pasta.
When our budget is higher, we love the space and convenience of a two-bedroom villa at Bay Lake Tower at Disney's Contemporary Resort. We are currently a two-stroller family, so being able to walk to Magic Kingdom Park is priceless. We offset some of the cost by saving on food. The two-bedroom villas have a full kitchen, so it's easy to have a quick breakfast in our room and come back for a quick lunch when we take a mid-day break. I also love having a washer and dryer in our villa to throw a load of laundry in during naps or at night. We have many ice-cream stained shirts by the time we've closed down the parks.
I suggest taking a look at what theme interests your family most and if another Walt Disney World Resort hotel strikes your fancy, you can also book two rooms. We have done this before and have many magical memories.
