Hi Missy, and Welcome planDisney! Thanks so much for stopping by and asking this great question.
How fun that you're planning to attend Mickey's Not-So-Scary Halloween Party and that your daughter is dressing up as Rapunzel! I agree that the Rapunzel Disney PhotoPass location with the lantern would be a perfect way to capture your time at the party! While I'm unable to confirm that this will definitely be available during Mickey's Not-So-Scary Halloween Party, I can share a similar personal experience. Some of my fellow panelists and I attended the Disney Very Merriest After Hours Event at
Magic Kingdom Park this past December. We were able to get some great
Disney PhotoPass photos with the lantern, so I do anticipate this will be available during the party you are attending. This particular PhotoPass location is a popular one, so I would recommend timing your arrival for earlier in the evening, just before sunset. You can be in line before the PhotoPass photographers arrive and begin taking photos after sunset.
While you are enjoying the party, you can also have photos taken with
new 3D photo backdrops as part of the
Walt Disney World Resort 50th Anniversary Celebration! You can also have photos with
Halloween Magic Shots including grim grinning ghosts at the
Haunted Mansion, which is just around the corner from the Rapunzel Lantern PhotoPass location.
As you are planning all the spooky fun you're going to have at
The Most Magical Place on Earth, please send us any additional questions. We're all about the tips and treats with no tricks at
planDisney!
Wishing you the best day ever with your daughter!
Smiles,
Lisa
