Hey there, Michelle! Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel, and thank you for your question.
Visiting Disney Springs is a must-do for me on every Walt Disney World vacation. There are so many delicious things to eat and drink, plus fantastic shopping and entertainment, all in a beautiful setting.
I checked with Disney Springs security, who confirmed that the parking garages in Disney Springs have a clearance of 8 feet, 6 inches. I recommend taking a look at a
map of Disney Springs before deciding which parking garage you prefer, as the area is pretty large, and can be quite hot in the summer. A little planning can go a long way in the Florida heat!
While you're visiting Disney Springs, don't miss the Marketplace Starbucks location, which has a fun and creative rotating menu of Disney and Marvel themed specialty drinks. I love checking out that menu board to see what's new! Another favorite spot for a treat is
Amorette's Patisserie, which offers incredible treats (I had a pineapple éclair there that was truly one of the best Disney snacks I've ever eaten) and a really fun cake decorating experience. The Daily Poutine serves the most delicious French fry concoctions, and I love to pair mine with a Dockside Margarita and sit by the water to enjoy – true vacation mode!
I could go on about food forever, but there are also tons of unique shopping and entertainment offerings, and I hope you enjoy exploring Disney Springs. As you plan your visit, be sure to read the
Disney Parks Blog for all the latest news about what's happening in Disney Springs – it feels like there's something new and exciting every day!
Have a zip-a-dee-doo-dah day,
Robyn
