Is there still a talking Mickey Mouse in the Magic Kingdom?

    Hi Lauren!

One of the best parts about visiting Walt Disney World Resort is meeting some of your favorite Disney Characters! My kids and I love to see how many Characters we can meet during our vacations and they love collecting autographs from each of them.

Town Square Theater hosts some of my favorite Character Experiences. I love to shrink to the size of a fairy to meet Tinker Bell in her home in Pixie Hollow and there's nothing quite as magical as meeting Mickey Mouse in Magic Kingdom. For a time, Mickey was quite chatty with Guests who visited him at Town Square Theater. Recently, he's gotten pretty quiet and hasn't been chatting with Guests, but there is still something extra special about this Character Experience.

To celebrate Mickey and Minnie's 90th birthday, Guests are able to meet Mickey and Minnie together at Town Square Theater, where they are dressed in their adorable birthday party outfits! This limited-time Character Experience is available through September 30 as part of Mickey & Minnie's Surprise Celebration, so you will definitely want to see them during your trip. I visited them last week and our pictures turned out so cute!

Be sure to keep an eye on the Disney Parks Blog as you continue planning your trip for the latest news and announcements about the magic you will be able to experience and let us know if we can help you with additional questions. T-T-F-N, ta ta for now!
