Hi! We are talking my daughter to Disney for the first time (20 months at time of trip). My parents are also joining us. We have a reservation at CBR but now I am concerned about getting around the park should we move to a resort closer to MK? Thanks!

    Hi Natalie,

Welcome to the Moms Panel!  I certainly understand your concern, we've been traveling to Walt Disney World since our children were infants and I can say that location is everything!

If you think you will spend a lot of time at the Magic Kingdom, and If it is within your budget, I would consider moving to a Magic Kingdom area resort.

I've always believed that the Wilderness Lodge is the best value "Deluxe" resort that Disney has to offer.  It is slightly less expensive than the monorail resorts, yet still provides easy access to the Magic Kingdom.  It's a short boat ride, and what I like most is that you do not have to fold your stroller to board the boat.  It's very convenient NOT to have to take a sleeping child out of a stroller in-transit.

I hope this helps, have a great trip!
