Can I talk to someone in person about Dixie dust pass.

Welcome to planDisney, Linda! As a former Floridian, I missed the beaches and benefits like being able to purchase a Pixie Dust Pass when I moved out of state.

Whether you are looking to get a Pixie Dust Pass or have questions about one you have, there are several options to speak to a person. You can call Disney World Resort. The number for New Tickets and Existing Tickets is the same on the site, just follow the prompts when you call to get to a Cast Member who can best help you.

You can also speak with a Cast Member in person. You can find Guest Relations in each park at Walt Disney World Resort and at Disney Springs. On the site, "Find Guest Relations" will help you locate where each one is specifically. If you are planning to visit in person, my advice would be to go mid-day or in the evening. The lines tend to be longer in the morning as people first arrive at the parks.

I hope you get the assistance you need, and if there are more questions we can help you with, planDisney is here for you!

    Cheers,
    Jana
