How do I talk to someone about group rates?

    Hi Jenny! Welcome to planDisney.

I have traveled to the Walt Disney World Resort as part of a large group a couple of times and it is so much fun! I'm delighted to hear your group is considering a Disney vacation together.

Disney Group Getaways defines a "large group" as a party reserving at least 10 Disney Resorts Collection hotel rooms. If your group is that size, please call 407-934-7810 or (407) 939-1942 to speak with a Cast Member who can assist with your planning.

If your group isn't quite that size, it's best to take a look at the Special Offers webpage to see if there are any great rates to help with savings. I spent a very special birthday week with a party of 14, and we stayed in two 2-bedroom  deluxe villas at Disney's Old Key West Resort. Although those rooms can look expensive at first, consider that you can share the cost among multiple families and that these rooms come with full kitchens, which means you can save money by cooking meals in your room. I treasure my memories of making breakfast and sitting on our balcony enjoying morning coffee with my mom.

My dear friend Missy has a hot tip to help your group save a little money on Memory Maker in this helpful answer. Here at planDisney, we love to help our fellow Guests by sharing our favorite tips and hard-learned lessons, and I hope you'll come back and see us if you have any further questions as you continue to plan your magical group vacation.

Wishing you and your group much magic,
    Robyn
