I completely understand wanting to speak with a live Cast Member. You can try calling the
Disneyland Resort Tickets line, or try the chat feature in the
Disneyland Mobile App where you can speak with Cast Members.
BUT, in the meantime, I'm going to see if I can answer some of your potential questions around
theme park reservations here! When the
Disneyland Resort re-opened, a theme park reservation system was implemented, requiring Guests to have both a theme park reservation and a valid
theme park ticket to enter the parks. You can view reservation availability anytime on the
Theme Park Reservation Availability Calendar. When you're ready to move forward with your ticket purchase, you will be required to select reservation dates as part of the ticket purchasing process. But don’t worry, you are not tied down to the initial reservation dates you select! You can change your reservation anytime on your own from within your Disneyland Resort account.
To change your reservation, you'll need to cancel your current reservation. To cancel, you'll need to log in to your Disneyland Resort account, select the "My Disneyland" link, and then click the "Ticket and Reservation Details" link. Select the reservation you wish to cancel and click "Cancel Reservation". Once canceled, you're free to go ahead and book your new reservation!
Also, please know that reservations can be fully booked by Guests due to the limited availability. But just because it is fully booked one moment, doesn't mean availability can't open later on. Reservation availability is fluid and constantly being updated as Guests can change their reservations themselves from their Disneyland Resort account.
