We are taking our 4yr and 2yr old sons to WDW in May. We are taking an umbrella stroller for the 2 yr, but what about the 4 yrold? Also what do we do with the strollers while on rides? Are backpacks the best to carry stuff? The stroller has small storage?

Hi, Amy,   I found that at age 4, my kids still needed a stroller at Disney.  There is just so much walking!   You can either bring a second stroller, a double stroller, or just take the one you have planned, and if you find you need a second one, you can rent one.  For more information on stroller rental, click HERE.

While you are on attractions, there will be  "parking lots" where you can leave your stroller.   Strollers do get moved around, and it may not be where you left it.   To help find yours, you might want to tie a bright ribbon around it or have some marking so you can find it easily in the swarm of strollers!

I always like to have my backpack so I can carry it easily when we go into restaurants or on attractions.   Also, my husband can take turns carrying it!

I hope your boys have a great time in Disney World!

Meet the Panelist: Cathy, Ohio

Hi, I'm Cathy from Cleveland. I love to travel, especially in the winter to escape the snow and cold of Ohio! My husband and 2 kids share my enthusiasm for travel, so we enjoy our adventures together whether it is hiking at a National Park, sailing on a Disney Cruise Ship, or going to Walt Disney World which is our home away from home. My husband proposed to me in front of Cinderella Castle and we have not stopped visiting ever since! It's a blast helping guests here at planDisney!
