We are taking our 5 yr son to DW for the first time. He loves knights, castles, swords... Do you think the castle environment is worth the price for a meal at Cinderella's Royal Table? If so, break, lunch, or dinner? Thanks

    Hello, Ashley,

Thank you for your question to the Disney Parks Moms Panel.  I have a family with 3 sons, and we have eaten many times at Cinderella's Royal Table.  For us, it is always such a magical moment to actually go inside Cinderella's Castle; it really is amazing and more masculine than feminine with its decor.  My sons were all very happy to have gone there and had fun interacting with the princesses.

You may find it easiest to actually ask your son what he thinks about dining there by showing him pictures from the above link as well as pictures from the internet and/or videos on YouTube.  Then if he'd like to visit, you could let the family vote on which meal everyone would prefer by looking at the online menus.

Please keep in mind that this restaurant is extremely popular, so you will want to make reservations as soon as possible. If you are a Disney resort guest, you can make 10 days worth of reservations when you are 180 days out from your arrival date.  If not, you can make them 180 days out from the day you'd like to secure the reservation.

By the way, I just asked my sons who are now 21, 18, and 15 if they were glad we ate there; all three said, "Yes!"

Wishing you a magical trip filled with many unforgettable moments.  -Kara
