We are taking our 4 yr old son to WDW over Veterans Day weekend, arriving on Fri late afternoon. We will have 3 days for the parks. Suggestions on which park to go first? He's starting to get into Star Wars so I thought maybe HS first, MK 2nd day, AK 3rd.

    Hi Tammy,

On Saturday of that particular weekend, I would go to Disney's Hollywood Studios or the Magic Kingdom. Your plan to begin with Hollywood Studios would work well as far as crowds as well as for a lighter touring day after a full day of travel the previous day. There's just a lot less walking in Hollywood Studios compared to the other parks that you plan to tour.

    Sunday: Magic Kingdom
Monday: Animal Kingdom will be fine. Just get there by 8:00 a.m. to take advantage of the Extra Magic Hour for resort guests, if you'll be staying at a WDW hotel.

We just returned from WDW and our son absolutely loved the new Star Tours ride. One evening, he lost count of how many times that he went on it!

    Have fun!
