We are taking our 6yr old son to MK in Oct and plan to spend 1 whole day there. We will also be attending MNSSHP. My ? is do you think he is too big to rent a stroller? I'm afraid his feet are going to get tired and we will have a grumpy kid.

Hi, Sallie!    I think having a stroller for your 6 year old is a great idea!    We get one for my son when he gets tired and everyone is much happier!   My 6 year old pirate is about 47 inches tall and about 50 pounds and he fits into a single rental stroller.   Now there isn't a lot of room to spare, but he is happy to hop in to rest his little legs!   When he's not riding in it, I like tossing my backpack in there and I also like having a place to hold my water bottle.

I hope you enjoy Mickey's Not So Scary Halloween Party!    Don't forget a light costume for your son (it gets hot sometimes) and be ready for some awesome trick-or-treating!

Meet the Panelist: Cathy, Ohio

Hi, I'm Cathy from Cleveland. I love to travel, especially in the winter to escape the snow and cold of Ohio! My husband and 2 kids share my enthusiasm for travel, so we enjoy our adventures together whether it is hiking at a National Park, sailing on a Disney Cruise Ship, or going to Walt Disney World which is our home away from home. My husband proposed to me in front of Cinderella Castle and we have not stopped visiting ever since! It's a blast helping guests here at planDisney!
