Hello, We are taking our 3 1/2 yr old son Disney for the first time in May. Can you please recommend rides/activities to book via Fast Pass at Magic Kingdom?

Hello, Todd! A first visit to Walt Disney World is so special! You are sure to make many happy memories with your family. My daughter was around the same age as your son for her first Walt Disney World vacation, and the Magic Kingdom Park attractions that she most enjoyed at that time are:
    • Enchanted Tales With Belle
    • Buzz Lightyear's Space Ranger Spin
    • Peter Pan's Flight
    • The Many Adventures of Winnie the Pooh
    • Jungle Cruise
    • Dumbo the Flying Elephant.
Please keep in mind that some attractions have really fun standard line queues with interactive components, like Dumbo the Flying Elephant and Peter Pan's Flight. I would not recommend using one of your initial three FastPass+ selections for these two attractions, unless your goal is to minimize overall wait time or you think your son may want to ride these attractions more than once.

You may be able to make a FastPass+ selection for a special Disney Character meet 'n' greet opportunity, as well. If your son has a favorite Disney Character, you can check to see if that experience is offered as a FastPass+ selection on the date of your visit. The Disney Characters with the longest wait times are Anna and Elsa from Frozen, so if your son would like to meet with them, I would highly suggest prioritizing this FastPass+ opportunity.

I hope that you have a magical Walt Disney World vacation, Todd! If you have any additional questions about your upcoming trip, please do not hesitate to contact the Moms Panel. Happy planning!
