Taking our 5 & 3 yr. old kids to WDW & booked all of our table service meals as soon as we could. Now fearing that the little ones are going to be too exhausted/busy to make it to them all. What if we have to cancel last minute? We have a meal pl

    Hey Audrey,

Great Job for making your Advance Dining Reservations so far ahead of your vacation. You know your children better than any one, so adjust your meals and dining times so that your vacation is enjoyable for every one. Avoid being so pressed to make reservatins, that you are not having fun at the most magical place on earth.

When I travelled with the little ones I have to admit most of our Dining experiences were breakfast. This ensured that the kids were fresh, calm, and hungry enough to actually enjoy the meal and the experience, I had had enough of trying to keep them awake for dinner at the end of the day.

If you are in a situation where you need to cancel a reservation, try to call 407-WDW-DINE as far in advance as you can, Think about how difficult it was to get some of the reservations that you were able to secure. There are guests who are already vacationing who would love to slide into a last minute reservation. There is no penalty for missing a reservation, or cancelling. Let's all just do our very best to decline in a timely manner when you can't  "be our guest."
