Taking my 8 yr old grandson to WDW this summer for 4n/5d, I know that we will not be able to get to everything, but I need "must do's" and what one character breakfast to do for 8 yr boy. All advise appreciated, I've only been once and it was 23

    Hi Stephenia.

8 years old and a 5 day trip to Walt Disney World...that's so exciting!!

Must do's for an eight year old boy.  WOW, there are a lot of them, but I'll turn to my 8yo son who is the resident expert.

He says you have to do the Jedi Training Academy and Rock and Roller Coaster at Hollywood Studios; Test Track and Soarin' at Epcot and EVERYTHING at the Magic Kingdom and Animal Kingdom.  I will say that he has great taste but when I mentioned other things he did say..."Oh yeah do that too!"

Honestly, the best way to make the most of your time is determine what he really likes and match that to your visit.  Whether it is the excitement of a roller coaster, the adventure of a Jungle Cruise, the amazement of Tomorrow Land or a journey on the Kilimanjaro Safaris...if your grandson gets to experience something first hand...he will never forget it.

    Have a magical time!!
