Hi Moms!! We are taking our 10 yr old to DW the end of Sept. begininng of Oct. if you think the Coral Reef is a good restaraunt to take her? ~thanks!

    Hi Denise!

The fall is a fabulous time to visit Disney World!  There are so many exciting things going on. Depending on the dates of your visit, you may be able to attend the Epcot International Food and Wine Festival, Mickey's Not-So-Scary Halloween Party or take part in the runDisney  Twilight Zone Tower of Terror 10-Miler. All of them are incredible events!

The Coral Reef Restaurant at Epcot is beautiful. To me, there is something about being next to an aquarium that is very peaceful and relaxing.  Its a nice break from the parks.  My boys love to see how many different types of fish they can spot while we're eating. It keeps them entertained and they always enjoy it.

Take a look at their online menu for lunch and dinner with your daughter. While many of their menu items do involve some type of sea food, they do offer some selections for landlubbers as well.  I think the Coral Reef Restaurant is a really good option for most families and I would certainly give it a try. I always tell my boys that when we're on vacation, think of it as an adventure and we should explore new places and try new things. If they don't like it, we don't have to go back. We've often found that they really enjoy it.

Please feel free to visit us with all of your planning questions.  Its our pleasure to assist you!

Wishing you minnie magical memories :-) Allison V.
