We're taking a 3yr old on the cruise out of Galveston on 2-1-13. Can we bring him on any of the snorkel trips at the ports if they say "ages 5 & up?" Can we bring him on the boat as long as 1 adult stays with him on the boat while the other

    Hi Robyn,

Unfortunately, you won't be able to take your three year old along on the boat ride.  You see, the boat ride is part of the Port Adventure and the age requirements for Port Adventures are set by the tour operator. Independent contractors run the tours for Disney.  Age requirements are based on such things as safety issues and the type of equipment that is used on a specific tour.

I don't know if you are aware that you can leave your three year old in the care of the youth counselors onboard.  Many Guests do take advantage of this terrific service in order to enjoy their excursions.  It's wonderful because the kids are having their own adventures onboard while you're have your adventure on shore.

I hope this helps!  Please let me know if you have any other questions.  Bon voyage Robyn!
