I am taking my 4 & 2 yr old boys to disneyland for the first time!! Im worried about letting my 2yr old walk around. I don't want him in a stroller all day. Should i get a "leash"

    Hi Katey!

Welcome back to the Disney Parks Moms Panel. I'm so excited that you are planning so many details of your vacation! Being the mother of a two-year-old, I fully understand your concerns about not wanting your child to be cooped up in a stroller while also being concerned about their independence in a busy park environment. I always like to tell parents that you know your child best. If your little one tends to wander off, then you can do whatever makes you feel the most comfortable as a parent to give you peace of mind. If you choose something like this, I would say a backpack version is a better option than a wrist one. This gives your little one some freedom with his hands to explore or hold a snack! We realized my son actually prefers his stroller to walking in the parks, because he gets tired easily. If my son wants to run around, we usually visit the Redwood Creek Challenge Trail in Disney California Adventure Park or Tarzan's Treehouse in Disneyland Park to let him explore more independently.

I hope this helps, and I can't wait for you and your family to enjoy your incredible vacation.
