We are taking our 2 Year Old Twins to Disney May 7-14. I've recently read about certain areas in Fantasyland being closed due to construction...are there still play areas in the Magic Kingdom that would be appropriate for a Toddler?

    Hi Lindsay!

Thank you for sending in your question to the Walt Disney World Moms Panel!

There are a lot of attractions suitable for young children in the Magic Kingdom.  He can go on most of the rides with an adult and enjoy all of the shows in that theme park.  It's still going to be the best park for a young child in terms of the number of attractions.

However, there are other theme parks with a play area especially suited for young children.  There's the Honey I Shrunk the Kids play area in Disney's Hollywood Studios and the Bone Yard in Disney's Animal Kingdom.  The Bone Yard is especially a lot of fun and very expansive.  A young child could spend hours there.

I hope this helps!  Write back if you have any more questions!
